Job Opportunity: Shutdown Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities
- Shutdown Maintenance - Preparation, presentation and implementation
- Align planning with labour capacity, tooling, and part availability.
- Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimise downtime.
- Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.
- Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.
- Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.
What we're looking for
- Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.
- Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.
- Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (We use AMT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.
